WE MEASURE THE ENTIRE TALENT POOL IN AN EFFECTIVE, UNBIASED AND TRANSFORMATIVE MANNER

The Wise Seeker is an AI platform that continuously learns from data from thousands of candidates and processes. In addition to machine learning, Big Data, predictive analytics and adaptive algorithms also come into play to respond to your company’s talent challenges.

We started with the creation of specific knowledge and skills tests. These tests are defined in advance with the company.

The knowledge tests are adaptive, adjusting their difficulty based on the candidate’s performance.

Skills tests are situational tests that lead the candidate to put his or her knowledge of a given area into practice through these gamified situations.

At the end of the assessment, the results will be presented in a view containing a spider graph that will help to identify the most outstanding competencies of each user.

The platform employs a personality assessment method, selecting questions from a broad base of more than 15,000 items validated by the International Personality Item Pool (IPIP).

We obtain our key indicator: KTI

Once the profiles have been evaluated, we will obtain an indicator, Key Talent Indicator, which measures from 0 to 100 the candidate's suitability for the profile required by the company.
